JustSERPDocs

Introduction

JustSERP is a JSON API for Google Search, Maps, News, Shopping, Flights and the rest of Google, Bing, YouTube, TikTok, Apple, AI answers, business reviews, shopping sites and any web page.

JustSERP turns search results and web pages into structured JSON. You send one request to the endpoint you want and get the parsed answer back, with nothing to run or maintain on your side.

curl -G "https://api.justserp.com/v1/google/search" \

  --data-urlencode "q=plumber near me" \
  --data-urlencode "hl=en" \
  --data-urlencode "gl=us" \
  --data-urlencode "location=Austin,Texas,United States"

The API Reference lists all of them.

How every request looks

  • A GET /v1/<endpoint path> with the fields as query parameters (GET /v1/google/search?q=coffee&gl=us). Fields an endpoint does not use are ignored. Parameters shows how to encode lists, objects and special characters.
  • Authenticate with X-API-Key: <key>, Authorization: Bearer <key> or the apikey query parameter. See Authentication.
  • A 200 is the document itself: search_metadata, search_parameters and search_information first, then the endpoint's blocks (such as organic_results) at the top level. A 200 with parsed: false means the page was fetched but not understood: retry it.
  • Inside a job, failed attempts are retried before the API answers: up to 5 attempts (8 for Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode and ChatGPT).
  • A request with no answer by about 95 seconds gets 500 job_timeout. Set your client timeout to about 100 seconds.
