One page (41) of Zillow's listings, for sale, for rent or recently sold, for a place, answered as the document: search_metadata, search_parameters, search_information (total_results, title, region), properties and pagination. A first request resolves any place text; a filter, sort, rental or sold search or a later page is a second request, so a filtered search costs two requests. A rental search lists mostly buildings (is_building: true, units[]; pass such a link to zillow_property as its zpid). A place Zillow cannot find answers a page with no listings. zero_retention is not handled.

cancel_token?string

A name you make up for this request (a UUID is fine), so you can later GET /v1/cancel with it. Only you know it, so only you can cancel. Use a new one for every request, retries included: a cancelled token stays cancelled for a few minutes.
