Google Place (knowledge panel)

A business' or place's knowledge panel by its Knowledge Graph id, under the Google Place parameters (`kgmid`, `hl`, `gl`) and answered as the document: `search_metadata`, `search_parameters`, `search_information` `{}`, `place_result`.

GET
/v1/google/place

A business' or place's knowledge panel by its Knowledge Graph id, under the Google Place parameters (kgmid, hl, gl) and answered as the document: search_metadata, search_parameters, search_information {}, place_result. Not /v1/google/maps/place in another shape: this is what Google's results page shows for the entity (address_link, place_actions, review_summary, review_results snippets, popular_times.live), which Maps' record has none of. A kgmid is an id of any entity and Google answers a made-up one with whatever it matches; a page with no panel is place_result: {}. Read from four panels (a restaurant, an arena, a hotel, a plumber; 2026-10-26).

Authorization

application/json
  1. response

The knowledge panel Google's results page shows for the id, by data-attrid. search_information is {}. A made-up kgmid is answered with whatever Google matches; a page with no panel gives place_result: {}. Not on the page an anonymous visitor gets: open_hours (read if the table is there), the popular_times chart, tickets, order_online, menu_highlights, menu_images, social_media_updates, images, directions_link.
